The Malcolm’s accounts team of 6 is a mixture of experience, bringing knowledge (from both within and outside the industry), and youthful exuberance, enabling us to do the job accurately and quickly, bringing the best result to all concerned.
As with all departments within Malcolms, we always strive to do the best possible job, and use technology to it’s fullest, with both top end industry software and in-house developed software.
As part of our ongoing mission to streamline our processes, we are encouraging and working with our suppliers to be able to provide us data, historically sent in paper format, in electronic format. This enables information to flow between organizations with a minimum of human intervention, faster processing of transactions, less likelihood of data entry errors and ultimately process payments faster.
We also work closely with our customers and provide assistance in all aspects relating to accounts, to ensure they receive the information they require before they need it.
But most of all we accounts people are still human and always provide a cheerful voice and helpful manner when we pick up the phone.
