In this modern age many companies appear reluctant to stand by the commitments they make to their clients.
We do! If we say it, we mean it and we are prepared to stake our fee on it!
Some things we simply cannot control, others we can – in the event a client is dissatisfied (we have not managed to influence Icelandic volcanoes, nor can we influence shipping schedules), we only expect to be paid for the value the client believes is justified.
If we drop the ball (and even after 25 years, we do occasionally), we’ll stand up and be counted.
