10 years ago we were bullied by a client into building a warehouse - they were adamant that because we provided such a high level of service for their Customs, Forwarding and Cartage requirements, we must take on the warehousing as well.

Although reluctant to stray from our core competency initially, two things became apparent:

Warehousing was a logical extension to the functions we were already providing
It was an opportunity to Add Value, both from the clients and our own point of view.
